Job Description

　　Insight Global is sourcing for a Project Coordinator to oversee a PBM Pharmacy Integration, to join a not-for-profit community based healthcare organization. The Project Coordinator will support coordination activities across multiple organizational priorities including new PBM implementation, CAHPS, MassHealth PIP, SCO RFR, etc. The major objective of this position is to create project plans, timelines, track integration progress, and identify/resolve any issues with support from Pharmacy leadership. The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Pharmacy team and external partners, reporting to the Manager of Pharmacy Strategy and Integration. This position is a 100% remote and will be a yearlong contract with opportunity for extension.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　-Bachelor's degree in a health care related industry

　　-At least 2 years of experience demonstrating growth as a project coordinator; leading and supporting large scale projects

　　-Relevant experience working in a health care or health insurance related environment

　　-Identify project challenges that need to be escalated, while proactively providing recommendations for mitigation of issues

　　-Experience coordinating/managing programs in health or human services organizations

　　-Excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate cross functionally and ability to present project status to team members and stakeholders -Master Degree in a health-related field

　　-Certification in Project Management

　　-Pharmacy-related education of work experience null
