What you'll do:
Proactively advise clients on optimisation strategies to help improve campaign pacing and performance. Act as a consultant to clients, understanding their performance goals and objectives and helping clients take full advantage of The Trade Desk's product suite in order to hit/exceed those goals.Present a compelling story to our clients. Adapting to what the client needs to see, balancing the right amount of information; right level of abstract and adapting to different levels in the client org.Lead client meetings and QBRs in collaboration with business development and account management teams.Play the core role in growing business of assigned client portfolioBecome an expert on The Trade Desk's platform. You will work closely with clients to troubleshoot campaigns, but will also provide campaign insights, industry trends, upcoming product releases, and new partnerships for relevant opportunities.Partner with Account Management and Business Development to provide support to clients, including onboarding, optimization trainings, case studies and product updatesCollaborate with Product Management and the wider Trading team to help define features, best practices and drive enhancements to The Trade Desk platform. Participate in the product development cycle and beta testing of new products.
Who you are:
At least 5+ years of digital advertising experience with strong client facing and data analytics experience.At least 3+ years hands on DSP experienceEffective time management skills - ability to prioritise and meet deadlinesStrong can-do attitude - ability to be a self-starter and proactiveOutstanding troubleshooting, analytical, and creative problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentStrong story telling skills: ability to convey ideas in an appealing way to a multitude of stakeholdersAdvanced MS Excel skills : ability to draw insights from large datasets, use of pivot tables, formulas, etc.Ability to thrive in a small, intense, and high growth environment - and to work with teams located throughout EuropeFluent in Italian and English
