　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　At Spotsylvania Regional Medical Center , we are looking for a resourceful and organized House Supervisor to join our awesome Nursing Administration team! In addition to being responsible for contacting appropriate “on call” administrative staff when indicated, you will also function as the administrative representative after hours/on weekends and supervise department personnel throughout the hospital. 　　· You will must have strong communication skills and be able to delegate tasks effectively

　　· Providing leadership and direction throughout the hospital during your shift and ensuring effective care and use of time, supplies, and equipment is a daily responsibility

　　· You will guide and be a resource for new employees

　　· As a member of our team, you must be a strong decision maker and be able to keep patient confidentiality

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

　　Current VA nursing license (or multi-state compact license with eligibility to practice in VA).

　　American Heart Association BLS or CPR through American Red Cross

　　Current ACLS certification

　　PALS certification within 60 days of hire required

　　CPI within 60 days of hire

　　At least 5 years experience as a Nurse Supervisor preferred
