Key Responsibilities
In collaboration with purchasing, scout and onboar independent aftermarket suppliers to build an accessory and product porfolio for premium customers Work closely with Global accessory and aftermarket teams to evaluate potential solutions that can be leveraged in Europe Detail commercial terms and conditions with suppliers and partners to support aftermarket product growth Develop market-specific business plans inclusive of go-to-market campaigns and programs Collaborate with marketing and CX teams to implement validated standards and processes for selling products to our premium customer segment Design in-store strategy for showcasing and selling aftermarket products Monitor and manage sales KPIs and results with the focus on profitability and ability to quickly course correct in order to achieve specific key results Leverage customer data to suggest new products & services intentionally and proactively Assist in validating market launch procedures and assist in defining operation excellence Support ad hoc requests that drive business results, customer satisfaction and/or global alignment Work across the organization SMEs and service partners to deliver transparent and efficient customer experience

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Flexibility and agility in managing different tasks simultaneously Good communication and problem-solving skills 2+ Experience in a leading role as business development, product manager and/or marketing and sales manager Capacity to consolidate multiple sources of disparate information into easy-to-understand views for customers Microsoft excel and power point knowledge
Preferred Skills:
Consolidated experience in Project Management in consulting companies or complex organizations Customer Focus - ability to gather customer insights and prioritize product features or processes appropriately Cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to handle ambiguity Previous experience in automotive company as product manager or business development Knowledge of eCommerce Experience creating and communiating commercial offers Knowledge of direct-to-consumer (D2C) business model
