　　Logistics Specialist/Shipping and Receiving

　　QUAD, A SolomonEdwards Company, is seeking a Logistics Specialist with shipping and receiving experience for a fast growing, dynamic manufacturing company located in Cherry Hill, NJ. In office position.

　　The Logistics Specialist will be responsible for all functions related to received materials and goods storage, handling, returns, inventory control, and record maintenance.

　　Responsibilities

　　Overseeing raw materials, components, and product receival and unpacking

　　Verifying received materials and goods

　　Inspecting received components and products to note any discrepancies

　　Completing data entry into inventory management systems

　　Transferring accepted incoming components and products

　　Preparing packing documentation

　　Determining shipment method and obtaining shipping authorization

　　Maintenance of shipping and receiving materials stock

　　Requirements

　　Degree preferred

　　1 + years’ experience with shipping and receiving, supply chain, or logistics

　　Inventory management system experience

　　Must have experience with manufacturing of medical devices

　　UPS/FedEx online shipping process knowledge

　　Regulated environment/medical device industry experience

　　Strong data entry skills

　　Strong attention to detail

　　Excellent communication skills

　　Ability to effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously
