Join us at our world-class food manufacturing facility in Menomonie, WI! Two Maintenance Technician positions available! You will report to our Dairy or Pudding Production Manager. Entry-level experience acceptable with education or applicable work history. Training within the roles available with reasonable technical background. If successful with one of these roles, you will be an important contributor within our Dairy and Cupped Snacks manufacturing processes.

　　Base rate = $30.10. Over $5 additional per hour available via Incentive Pay program.

　　Paid weekly (Friday).

　　Daily Overtime eligibility, in addition to weekly.

　　Double time on Sunday (per eligibility)

　　JOB DUTIES (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO):

　　Perform job with utmost Caution and Safety.

　　Work in a team environment.

　　Perform general maintenance duties, including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and fabrication

　　Repair and perform preventive and predictive maintenance on assigned equipment while adhering to Safe Quality Food (SQF) procedures.

　　Use tools, machines and diagnostic equipment associated with the job

　　Follow plant and department Safety and Quality procedures.

　　Assist cells with production coverage in non-critical positions

　　Responsible for Food Safety & Quality

　　Regular, Reliable attendance is necessary

　　SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS/PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:

　　Demonstrated Excellent Safety Performance. Accident/Incident-free behavior.

　　You will communicate and work with a team within a safe, clean food manufacturing environment

　　You have strong attention to detail and pro-active work ethic

　　You will be responsible for effective communication between crews

　　Ability to learn and accurately interact in SAP

　　Positive team player

　　Excellent analytical and decision-making ability

　　Working knowledge or experience in:

　　Hydraulics & Pneumatics

　　Mechanical assemblies (gearboxes, drives)

　　Preventive maintenance

　　Basic electrical knowledge
