POSITION ANNOUNCEMENT

　　POSITION: Accounting Inventory Supervisor 3rd Shift

　　DEPARTMENT: Accounting

　　LOCATION: Ottumwa , Iowa

　　SALARY CLASS : E xempt

　　Responsibilities :

　　Manage facility inventory accounting functions

　　Supervise accounting 2nd shift yield specialist, 2nd & 3rdshift billing specialists

　　Oversee yield preparation/production reporting before nightly back-up process

　　Assist with internal control compliance & process improvement

　　Meet deadlines set by local and corporate office

　　Be able to handle multiple tasks timely and efficiently

　　Perform various other tasks as needed to ensure efficiency in the accounting department, including coverage of other team members

　　Weekend work required on occasion

　　Other duties as needed

　　R elationships :

　　Partner with plant management & production supervisors

　　Partner with shipping department managers

　　Special Skills:

　　Strong leadership and managerial skills

　　Strong organizational skills

　　Must be able to communicate effectively—verbally & in writing

　　Knowledge of accounting and compliance principles & practices

　　Proficient in Microsoft Excel and have 10-key skills

　　Good attendance and safety records

　　Education:

　　Bachelor degree in accounting or finance degree preferred, but not requiredExperience
