Job Description

　　A company in Columbus is seeking a Mid Level Production Support Analyst. This individual will join the team to support users and manage applications. This individual will be working on a team that provides technical support for various apps. This role is NOT a development role and is solely production support. Understanding of coding is great but they will not be responsible for any hands-on development.

　　Skills and Requirements

　　- 2+ years in IT Support role providing technical and production support.

　　- Strong troubleshooting skills -- if you don't know the answer, how do you find out/ what are your troubleshooting steps? -- probably going to ask this in interview.

　　- SQL Server knowledge (sever management -- understanding of file explore and how to access things within server)

　　- Basic Networking knowledge

　　- Proficient with MS Office Stack - null
