The services weprovide require a dedicated staff that is committed to utilizingbehavioral support programs, aiding with self care, or performingessential duties, while maintaining the consumer\'s dignity.Duties/Responsibilities: -Seek out opportunities for community/socialintegration -Help consumers plan and prepare their choices of fun eventsand outings -Assisting with self care- dressing, bathing or showering,brushing teeth, toileting, shaving -Medication Administration -MealPreparation/Planning -Transportation of consumers -Follow individualservice plans -Other duties as assigned EssentialFunctions/Requirements: -18 years of age -Acceptable BackgroundCharacter Verification -Valid drivers license and acceptable drivingrecord for consumer transport -Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
