　　An industry-leading Financial Services company has an excellent and immediate opening for an eager and skilled Accounting Supervisor through Robert Half. In this role, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, maintaining the general ledger system, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. The ideal candidate should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. 　　Key responsibilities

　　Ensure close deadlines are met by encouraging and managing the accounting team performance during the closing process

　　Assist in preparing GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

　　Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

　　Collaborate with FP& A and accounting management to deliver relevant and timely reporting of financial data analytics, including monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Regularly review and inspect balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

　　Prepare various technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures

　　Requirements - Proficiency in Analyze Financial Statements

　　Demonstrated knowledge of Monthly Financial Statements

　　Adeptness in Improve Efficiency

　　Expertise in Daily Cash Receipts

　　Solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)

　　Journal entries experience

　　Foundational knowledge in Regulatory Filings

　　Practical knowledge of Daily Reconciliation

　　General familiarity with Prepare Financial Statements

　　CPA or MBA preferred

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience

　　Recent relevant financial experience

　　Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers

　　Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

　　Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement

　　Solid technical skills
