What You'll Do:
Fully responsible for owning and executing executive level searches (VP+)Creating unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract the best and brightestDevelop and demonstrate a deep understanding of The Trade Desk cultureBe a talent adviser and an authority on interviewing skills, who is dedicated to training and developing your business groups towards a cohesive, efficient and effective processBuild a network of contacts and a pipeline for future opportunitiesUse both new and established channels to increase the diversity of our applicant poolsLead, maintain, support, and improve current recruiting processes and tools to ensure best practice and consistencyMaintain awareness of industry and talent trends that will impact our organization
Who You Are:
12+ years of progressive corporate and/or search firm recruiting experience with a focus on executive level candidate generation in a complex and competitive marketDemonstrable track record of sourcing, interviewing, and hiring passive candidatesExperience in advising and influencing executive leadershipExperience recruiting in a high-tech environment is a plusExperience with international recruiting is a plusAbility to articulate The Trade Desk value proposition and story to candidatesExperience developing hiring manager capabilities and advising internal clients on the most effective hiring strategiesExcellent EQ and interpersonal skillsStrong practice of being a talent advisorFamiliarity with ATS systems is a plusThe ability to thrive in a dynamic and autonomous environmentSelf-motivated and able to meet and exceed your stretch goals

The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year. At the Trade Desk, Base Salary is one part of our competitive total compensation and benefits package and is determined using a salary range. The base salary range for this role is$133,700-$245,100 USD
