  About the role

  Reporting to Director GTM Optimisation & Inside Sales. Leads execution and coordination of Account Classification & Account Classification Service Level strategy, on behalf of BD in across EMEA. Responsible for managing BDX Contact Master Data Management process & stewardship in SFDC, and managing BDX Pricing Management process & stewardship in SFDC.

  Main responsibilities will include

  Leads execution and coordination of Account Classification & Account Classification Service Level strategy, on behalf of BD in across EMEA.Partners with the businesses and markets to ensure successful execution of BD Classification in the Business and Markets across EMEA.Responsible for managing Account Classification, systems, processes, reporting, tools, governance and the coordination of internal and external partners and stakeholders.Responsible for managing BDX Contact Master Data Management process & stewardship in SFDC.Responsible for managing BDX Pricing Management process & stewardship in SFDC.Accountable for key stakeholder relationships significantly at Director & Manager level.Responsible for the continuous improvement of SFDC solution and reporting in partnership with EMEA SFDC Adoption & Excellence Manager.

  About you

  Solid experience in commercial operations (customer master data, sales, marketing, consulting, analysis and insights) and Sales Force Effectiveness in complex companies (5/8 years), preferably in the Healthcare / MedTech field.5+ years of professional work experience with data systems including; Power BI (PBI) Salesforce.com (SFDC) and other CRM platforms, preferably experience in a Management position with a track record of success.Strategic thinking and business acumen - understanding markets, trends and competitionExperience in planning metrics and KPIs, as well as experience in Finance.Strong ability to collaborate and network, in complex matrix organizations, with the proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to positively influence and build strong mutually beneficial and inclusive relationships.Solid understanding of the sales cycle, customer journey, personas and the BD Way of Selling.Strong analytical skills and ability to convert data into management information with focus on changes in business environment and key performance indicators measurement.Self-starter, problem solver and capability to pro-actively lead corrective actions rigorously, results oriented.Excellent mastery of written and spoken English and ability to adapt to and work within multi-cultural, international company/industry environments, both in-person and virtually.Exceptional project management skills: ability to work independently on multiple assignments while maintaining high-quality and timely results.Growth Mindset with a demonstrable innovation attitude: thinking out-of-the-box introducing new solutions and new processes to enable increased productivity and value optimization.
