SUMMARY
Subject matter expert on certain contract administration functionswithin a project life-cycle. Administers, supports negotiations andterminates standard and nonstandard contracts, including commercial,state & municipal government agreements.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Advises management of contractual rights and obligations to manage risk,meet compliance standards and to ensure meeting internal and externalcustomer requirements.
Prepare, administer, create and negotiate purchase agreements, roughorder of magnitude, professional service agreements, non-disclosureagreements, bailment agreements, distributor agreements, salesrepresentative agreements, letters of authorizations, service centeragreements, service estimates, terms and conditions, and otheragreements including writing clauses, delivery obligations, schedulesand related terms and conditions.
Manages all amendments to executed agreement of the type describedabove.
Act as liaison with representatives of state, municipal and commercialcustomers to execute contacts, coordinate transactions, and facilitateprocesses and to resolve problems as early as possible and at the lowestpossible level.
Prepares and coordinates the filing of documentation to release aircraftand engine liens, to reregister and de-register aircraft with theFederal Aviation Administration (FAA) and assign and re-assign aircrafttail numbers with the FAA.
Reviews Request for Proposals, and prepares reports or assists businesspersonnel in preparing same.
Responsible for working with various business units on customer contractactivities to facilitate the sale and delivery of aircraft.
Compiles, analyzes, and presents data ensuring its accuracy,presentation as status update and as executive summary.
Assists in preparing proposals in response to government andnon-government customers for United States and foreign requests.
Maintains historical data of all contractual records.
Perform duties of Contract Administrator as needed to support workloadand vacation/illness.
Secure and maintain Notary Public Commission.

Knowledge of contract law regulations and processes (common law contractformation) is required.
Familiarity with export compliance regulations (ITAR, EAR & OFAC) ispreferred.
Experience with producing status reports.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Ability to influence across functions and interact with individuals atall levels.
Strong organizational and work management skills required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint skills required.
The ability to understand and follow instructions and the ability toconcentrate are required.
The ability to get along with others or to be part of a team isrequired.
Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills.
Regular attendance at the worksite is required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field; or acombination of education and experience.
4-5 years experience in contract administration with state, municipaland commercial customers and foreign sales representatives.
