  Job Description Summary

  As Distribution Channell Manager, Cell Analysis, you will be responsible for the management and commercial distribution strategy . You will be a critical driver of the Cell Analysis business for the BDB US Region. in collaboration with the regional sales team & BDX channel management team. The portfolio responsibilities include, RUO and RUO/GMP reagents, entry-level instruments, including single-cell multiomics. In this high visibility role as Distribution Channel Manager, Cell Analysis you will lead & drive distributor engagement as well as collaborate with sales leadership to diversify the portfolio to adjacent markets as well as strengthen & expand the core business via distributor channel.

  Main Responsibilities

  Drive Incremental business for the core research solutions portfolio via executing on strategic plans.Responsible for the assessment of the performance of distributors and identifying opportunities to expand & engage appropriate stakeholders within the distributor network to harness growth.Responsible for the implementation of the commercial and distribution strategy.Together with sales management drive focus internally as well as via distributor partners on identified "growth accounts."Manage & drive the marketing calendars via the distribution channel aligned with the business objectives.Work with Downstream marketing partners to drive enablement and availability of Fisher cobranded collaterals for the portfolio and ensure show pad upload in timely in a timely manner.Drive & work with distributor channel partners to diversify BD research solutions portfolio into adjacent markets example food & beverage industry& others.Identify process gaps and ensure internal & external (distributor) alignment & drive end-user pricing projects (Z Contract) in a timely manner to drive customer experience.Drive & execute an annual accurate price file upload onto the distributor website.Works with internal teams to ensure all new products are authored loaded and available on the distributor website as they become available.Drive sales enablement tools and distributor sales meeting training & coordination to ensure the distributor sales team is up-to-date and engaged.Shapes the BD business model and alignment to supply-side needs, based on fact-based customer requirements, insights, and needs, then acts with the customer in mind (including internal customers)Develops/keeps contact with leaders' key stakeholders within the distributor organization.In collaboration with the distributor partner maintains contacts with key decision-makers in the purchasing groups of key customers.Drives proactive communication with distributor partners on ongoing sustaining projects and ensures catalog alignment on discontinuations.Adopts a process approach and challenges the status quo where process failures are encountered and tried to identify a win-win solution to drive business objectives in a timely manner.

  Required Experience and Education

  Bachelor's degree, with equivalent experience, Master's degree or Ph.D. in a life science highly preferred, knowledge of flow cytometry or a master's in business administration with strong analytical skills & business savvy a plus.5+ years of commercial experience in global matrix organizations and a minimum of 2 years in a marketing or product management role.

  Ideally, you will have: Experience in working in sales & business development roles

Salary ranges may vary for Field-based and Remote roles.

  $104,900.00 - $173,000.00
