Application Business Analyst (HMI or SCADA or process control software)

　　Position Description

　　We are seeking an Application Business Analyst to join our CGI team in Salt Lake City, UT!

　　This is a full-time career opportunity in supporting a leading global client!

　　• Interact with business/process owners, perform requirement analysis, and map to available software applications in software asset catalog

　　• Gathers information from users and analyze end to end process/workflow

　　• Work with software asset management team, architecture board and others to identify suitable software

　　• If new software is needed to be procured, help with benefits analysis, risk analysis, acquisition process

　　• Participate in planning session for installation and provide, resource requirement to project managers

　　Your future duties and responsibilities

　　How you'll make an impact

　　• Assist with approval and review of applications needed for building out of new project

　　• Work with global Software Asset Management (SAM) team and Architecture Board for approval for software

　　• Provide input on applications that align more with client's future, rather than tools that may be antiquated or not as much have enterprise buy from central/corporate IT

　　• Assist with providing installations and support costs for applications

　　Required qualifications to be successful in this role

　　What you'll bring

　　• 3-5 years of Application Support Analyst or Business Analyst experience

　　• Nice to have awareness of process control software, Data Historian, HMI, SCADA software

　　• Being able to work in person onsite

　　• Collaborator management and good communication skills

　　• Coordinate with global collaborators

　　• Good with MS-office and MS-Project Tools

　　• Mostly work from office, but ability to work in construction/hazardous area on need basis

Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $76,300 - $133,500."
