Job Summary - Director, Integrated Accounts
The Director of Integrated Accounts leads system-wide efforts with Corewell/Priority Health/Munson in conjunction with product, network, operations, clinical, and pharmacy leadership regarding innovative initiatives leveraging both the Corewell and Munson relationships. The Director, Integrated Accounts is responsible for coaching and development of Sr. Account Executive working directly with Corewell and Munson HR teams reporting to this role; Cultivation with our agent/consultant partners ensuring strong relationships in the marketplace to support Greater Growth. Leads internal collaboration within Corewell Health System, support from Sr. Director, Integrated Accounts, & VP, Client Experience; Interface as needed with Sr. Director, Integrated Accounts, SVP, Employer Solutions, SVP, Provider to partner with Munson on critical COE initiatives to ensure development of solutions for optimal healthcare accessibility; Accountable for visibility and community engagement with strategic organizations to best position PH in the marketplace. The Director role will be leading the management of these accounts along with cultivating a strong relationship with their HR teams and executive leadership within those systems. The Director of Integrated Accounts will be accountable for ensuring transparency and connectivity system-wide working closely with Priority Health/Corewell's network, clinical, customer service, product, finance, pharmacy, and marketing teams to deliver an affordable and smooth member experience.
Essential Functions - Director, Integrated Accounts
Collaborate system-wide among Corewell to ensure positive member experience with Corewell employees along with Munson, our integrated accounts; Develop cross functional system-wide team to execute integrated initiatives supporting greater growth goals; Leads internal collaboration within Corewell Health System, support from Sr. Director, Integrated Accounts, & VP, Client Experience; Interface as needed with Sr. Director, Integrated Accounts, SVP, Employer Solutions, SVP, Provider to partner with Munson on critical COE initiatives to ensure development of solutions for optimal healthcare accessibility; Accountable for visibility and community engagement with strategic organizations to best position PH in the market.
Prepare market projections, regular progress, enrollment, budget, and marketplace condition reports for VP, Client Experience and SVP Employer Solutions. Accountable for Integrated account membership retainment at the annual retention % goals set forth by Priority Health’s business goal.
Manage team to develop and execute tailored strategic health plan recommendations for Corewell Health and Munson to meet overall financial, plan design, and employee retention strategies.
Build trust and develop relationships with Corewell leadership, Munson leadership, Provider, Product, Operations, Pharmacy; Provide frequent utilization and financial data, status updates, and benchmarking information to ensure strong partnership with integrated accounts.
Work with the VP Underwriting, VP Employer Solutions Operations to create and implement an integrated accounts Strategic Plan based on evaluation of business factors and employer insights data.
Serve as an integral member of the Employer Solutions leadership team, always bringing new ideas and looking for new opportunities including the establishment of outstanding participatory partnerships with other departments within Priority Health. Fosters coaching and development strategies in conjunction with the Sr. Director and Manager, Key & Integrated Accounts; Collaborates with Advisor, Client Experience regarding data analytics on key utilization metrics regarding Munson & Corewell Accounts; Strategically aligning an annual plan regarding educational opportunities for Munson & Corewell membership in partnership with their HR teams to elevate the member experience within their benefits plan to ensure positive marketplace sentiment within our integrated systems. Annual analysis of external market survey feedback to determine action needed for optimal membership retention.
Guide team in their personal and professional development. Create a working environment where productivity can be sustained and accomplished and where innovation and personal growth are encouraged and realized. Collaborate with Sr. Director, Key & Integrated Accounts regarding annual analysis of Integrated account team members’ salary and commission structure to ensure high retainment of talent for Priority Health; Execution of best practices regarding high performing account management teams working with large corporations and national consulting agencies; Working directly with Director, Agency Distribution and Training on proactive education for account management team members to support the business objectives and agency strategy annually; Working directly with Sr. Director, Marketing to support the effective communication and promotion of new products, health initiatives; P&L accountability/coordination with VP Underwriting; Director, Integrated Accounts is solely accountable to meet the membership and margin goals of Priority Health's strategic business plan related to Corewell & Munson, our integrated system partners. This Director will be visible in the community and take an active role in promoting the brand for greater growth and optimal member retainment per the business goals.

Qualifications - Director, Integrated Accounts
Required bachelor's degree Marketing, business, or related area.
Preferred master's degree Business administration or related degree.
5 years of relevant experience in Account/Sales leadership preferred.
7 years of relevant experience progressive experience in managed care or health insurance sales and marketing including management of large national accounts required.
7 years of relevant experience developing and initiating a strategic sales plan preferred.
LIC- Health & Life Insurance License required.
