　　The EU Commercial Excellence Sr Analyst for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for managing the business analytical infrastructure behind SFDC, Power BI Data Sets and Data Flows to provide stable databases on which creating automated data insights for the European Sales Organization.

　　This position is part of the EU Sales & Marketing Team located in Spain and will be fully remote. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

　　You will be a part of the EU Commercial Excellence Team and report to the Commercial Excellence and Pricing Strategy Manager responsible for defining standard work and KPIs framework to achieve better sales funnel quality and size as well as of supporting initiatives to improve our Margin via effective pricing strategy at product launch and per customer segment. 　　In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

　　Develop and maintain a robust data infrastructure for Power BI and Salesforce.com reporting, creating meaningful business insights for senior management and sales organization.

　　Create Scripts and perform UAT and Validations for Power BI Data Flows, Data Sets, Reports, and new implementations/updates in Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ Cloud

　　Coordination of new users’ creation and role assignment in SFDC in conjunction with EU IT Team and Regional Process Owners

　　Evaluation for integration of Data Sets/Data flows for higher quality of Data Insights at the best possible performance in terms of User Experience

　　Creation and maintenance of Data Queries in line with the final Business Reporting Objectives integrating a large variety of data sources: OBIEE, Salesforce.com, Excel/CSV, SharePoint Lists and Folders, SAP EPM and/or any other relevant for business purposes.

　　Document all data interactions of all European Reporting Solutions and report task and project management progress using Monday.com

　　The essential requirements of the job include:

　　Bachelor’s degree Economics, IT related fields or engineering with 5+ years’ experience OR Master’s degree in a related field with 3+ years’ experience.

　　Minimum 4 years business/IT analysis experience with at least 2 years of revenue and profitability analysis experience ideally acting as Business Partner/Business Analyst of a Sales Organization AND with at least 1 year of technical experience in Salesforce.com.

　　Proven expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including the development of complex data models and visualizations.

　　In-depth knowledge of funnel management, particularly within Salesforce platform.

　　Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets.

　　It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

　　One of the main Project Management Methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, PMI, etc.)

　　Data modeling in Excel (including VBA), SQL, other BI tools.
