　　About this role

　　As Delivery & Change BA (Business Analyst), you will be key in Regional Digital and Technology Project delivery with China focus – work closely with Regional Delivery and Change Lead, Business sponsors, the Regional D&T team, and Global teams to assist with wider D&T successful delivery and change management to achieve the committed business outcomes, and business adoption to generate long lasting value from D&T capabilities.

　　You will be responsible for:

　　Business Analysis :

　　Collaborate with cross functional business teams to understand business objective and requirement, and translate those into prioritized delivery plan that can be delivered from technology teams;

　　Understand local market needs, eco-systems and D&T global capabilities. Leverage Diageo internal or external resources for the appropriate solution and manage the delivery of the desired capability into market.

　　Delivery Management:

　　Adopt best practices and project management frameworks to ensure consistent and effective portfolio delivery.Identify potential risks or issues and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery;

　　Ensures that project change management is prioritised within project delivery so that business impacts are clear and understood by stakeholders, to maximise adoption and value realisation;

　　Change Management:

　　Assess change impact at the outset of programmes and projects. Assist in defining macro change plans across the region to manage impact for the markets.

　　Provide input to help define a robust stakeholder map to identify key sponsors, supporters, and advocates.

　　Performance Monitoring and Reporting:

　　Track and analyse delivery performance metrics, including project progress, timelines, resources, and budgets; providing recommendations to improve. Provide market monthly /quarterly /annual review of progress against commitments;

　　Assist Head of Regional Delivery and Change in preparation of regular reports and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting portfolio progress, risks, and recommendations.

　　To be successful in this role, you will need:

　　Experiences in Business Analysis or Project Management in consulting or FMCG industry. Strong business orientation and proficiency in at least two of the following area: commercial, digital marketing, supply chain, or performance management.

　　Demonstrated ability to build and maintain good business relationships and effectively engage cross-functional teams.

　　Has the foresight to see potential issues, performance challenges and risks, and has the necessary skills to influence and negotiate with the right people to maintain performance.

　　Is comfortable, adaptable and resilient working in a fluid, fast-changing, highly collaborate and sometimes ambiguity environment under pressure.
