Job Responsibilities: ? Service existing customers and suppliers accounts; ? Discover and handle concerns and complaints from customers; ? Develop and maintain relationships with current customers and potential customers; ? Establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors; ? Preparation of presentations, proposals, and sales contracts; ? Attend necessary meetings with existing and potential customers; ? Attend essential training coordinated by customers; ? Receive and take care of Prototype orders; ? Promote and provide new ideas and information to customers; ? Keep Management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily, weekly and monthly work plans and reports; ? Work as Project Manager if appointed for new projects; ? Check customers order-related data and inform them necessary information on other Departments; ? Communicate and cooperate internally with other Departments regarding customers and suppliers associated items; ? Create and manage internal production schedule and parts ordering schedules and other necessary ordering schedules based on customers orders and forecasts; ? Necessary data input to Sage100; ? Maintain, organize, and file necessary SAL documents and data; ? Manage and advertise aftermarket business and data; ? Some business travel, as needed (15%-30%); ? May perform other duties as required. Job Requirements: Minimum Requirements: Either at least three years sales or customer service experience (exclude retail sales) with High School Diploma (or GED), or 4-year College Degree. This position requires: ? Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications ? Excellent numerical skills ? Excellent verbal and written negotiation and communication skills ? Must be able to learn about products and some production processes ? Some leadership skills ? Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
