　　Job Summary

　　This position is responsible for providing business analysis to ensure alignment and integration across operational functional areas in support of operational divisional strategies and to consistency and efficiency of complex, strategic, cross-divisional and enterprise-wide regulatory projects from inception to transition to operations; oversight of project delivery, resources, budget and interaction with management. Supports the prioritization of divisional activities and tracks progress to goals.

　　Required Job Qualifications:

　　Bachelor's degree or 4 years healthcarebusiness experience.3 years' experience in operational process improvement and development of business metrics.3 years' experience in health care operational roles involving coordination and analytical skills.Experience with government regulatory framework and compliance oversightExperience in leading, developing, or managing employees.Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills.Experience working with all levels in the organization, leading projects and problem resolution.Experience facilitating group meetings including representing the company with external customers.Ability to create presentations using tools, such as MS Powerpoint and reports utilizing MS ExcelProficiency to include Word, Excel, PowerPointAnalytical and organizational skills including experience in meeting deadlines.

　　Preferred Job Qualifications:

　　Experience working with healthcare providers and/or payers.Health insurance or healthcare industry experience.Experience working with a project management methodology.Experience using quality improvement program such as Total Quality Management (TQM), or Six Sigma.

　　NOTE: This hybrid role can be located in CHICAGO IL/Richardson TX, relocation will not be offered; sponsorship is not available.
