  Farnsworth Group is seeking an Office Administrative Lead in our Greenwood Village, CO (Denver DTC) office. In this role, you will lead and mentor other administrative staff and provide administrative support to site leaders, engineers, architects, and technicians.

  This is an exciting opportunity for a highly professional and motivated individual to make an impact within our professional services firm. A successful administrative professional will have strong customer service experience, demonstrated leadership and a passion to support the office.

  Job Activities:

  Manage administrative functions and support the needs of the office staff

  Supervise and provide guidance to administrative staff

  Collaborate with other offices to ensure smooth workflow and communication

  Responsible for front desk, answering phones and greeting customers

  Support the office with general administrative tasks such as copying, filing, and mail distribution

  Responsibility for maintaining office equipment and ordering supplies

  Coordination of office and client meetings, as well as office events

  Assist staff with project work, including research, technical writing, marketing/ business development, compilation and distribution of documents and special projects as assigned

  Specific Requirements include:

  Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related area of study

  Proven experience in office management role or similar role

  8+ years of administrative support experience

  Experience in leading, mentoring or managing other administrative assistants

  Must be detail-oriented and set high standards for quality

  Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  Strong oral and written communication skills and proven organizational abilities

  Ability to assign priority, meet and manage multiple projects and deadlines

  Must be a self-starter with a proactive, can-do attitude that sets high standards for quality

  Salary Range: $55,000 min – $70,000 max (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
