　　Job Description:

　　We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing invoices, reconciling statements, and ensuring timely payments to vendors. 　　Key Responsibilities:

　　Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

　　Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

　　Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

　　Verify and review expense reports for policy compliance

　　Maintain accurate and organized financial records

　　Collaborate with internal teams to address payment-related queries

　　Assist in month-end closing activities

　　Requirements

　　Qualifications:

　　Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role

　　Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices

　　Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel

　　Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

　　Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

　　Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure

　　Education and Experience:

　　Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

　　2+ years of relevant accounts payable experience
