About Account Development Executive - KS

  Description:

  Our client is seeking Account Development Executives to help launch a new partnership program with local businesses within rural communicates. This Account Development Executive will work with businesses to identify partnerships. These partnerships will help expand small businesses and help them bring in more income to their business.

  Territory - located around Independence, KS, Parson, KS, Coffeyville, KS, and the surrounding areas

  BONUSES: Uncapped commissions. Expected commission for high performers is around $14,000 per year.

  $50 monthly phone bill reimbursement

  Mileage reimbursement: Employees are reimbursed all miles traveled - 65.5 cents per mile

  Travel: Required 3-4 days per week but will work M-F core business hours and will be home every night (no weekend or over night travel)

  Typical Day:

  4 days of the week the candidate will be traveling within and assigned territory. When not traveling will work remotely. Reliable transportation needed.

  Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns (up to 2 hour driving distance)

  Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate interest to apply

  Qualify the prospective businesses and guide through application and Vetting process

  Track lead activity and manage pipeline in Salesforce

  Support Field Manager to plan and host recruitment events in the community (ex: lunch and learns, townhall meetings, coffee chats)

  Partner with the Field Manager to work with local influencers such as chambers of commerce and economic development associations

  Import excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis

  Maintain and assign leads to the sales team, including prospecting for new leads,

  Manage the flow of incoming leads

  Create and maintain sales reports

  Analysis of lead data (conversion rates, cost of leads, etc.)

  Work as a liaison with other groups in the company to help improve sales processes.

  Qualifications & Experience Required for the Position:

  1-2 years of prior sales and/or customer service experience (including reporting, lead tracking, list management etc.)

  Exceptional customer service and communication skills

  Prior experience in a role that involved sales and/or negotiation with customers is a plus

  Professionalism, enthusiasm to work with others, and high sense of urgency

  Attention to Detail and ability to solve problems for applicants in the field

  Excellent attention to detail

  Tech Savvy (Experience working with multiple systems and technology) - intermediate/advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, previous experience with ACT!, Goldmine, Salesforce.com or other SFA tool.

  Online research experience

  Ability to be in market up to 8 hours daily

  Spanish, Mandarin, 2nd language a plus
