As the Welding Supervisor, you will be responsible leading a welding manufacturing team and overseeing daily operations and production processes for the production facility in location. The Welding Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, and motivating employees, driving continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a safe and clean working environment, and prioritizing positive measures that favorably impact on-time delivery, quality control, inventory management, and financial commitments.
