For more information, please visit .As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Welder for the Construction Equipment division.Job Duties:Entry level Welder at our welding and fabrication shop. This position will weld in the welding and fabrication repair of heavy earthmoving equipment and attachments. The preferred candidate will have the following skills:- FCAW .045- 3/32 diameter wire; SMAW- all positions; 3G 1" plate with backup bar #7018- 1/8 certification; carbon-arc ability- Cutting torch experience- Blueprint reading and layout skills- Heavy plate fabrication ability- Overhead crane rigging and a willingness to learn product repair procedures- This position will be for first shiftRequirements:- Proven welding and fabrication experience- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings- Certification is a plus- Vocational-technical school and/or secondary level trade school training in welding technologyAs a Welder you are required to work in an industrial environment which includes exposure to significant environmental conditions. Physical requirements include:- Overall stamina- Sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing- Carrying, grasping, reaching, stooping and crouching- Listening and speaking- Must have good motor coordination skills- Coordination of eyes, hands, and feet- Verbal intelligence and numerical intelligence- The workplace environmental conditions include subject to noise, heat, cold, injury exposures, and atmospheric exposures- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
