Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role you will manage and organize the activities of the Restaurant to maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, service and merchandising to maximize hotel Profitability. You will develop, implement and monitor schedules for the operation of all restaurant, lounge and room service staff to achieve a profitable result. You will work with the culinary team to implement effective control of food, beverage and labor costs.
Does this sound like you?
You can juggle between beverage/labor/food costs, shipments, scheduling staff hours, handling payroll, and pricing, to name a few. You have prior experience in restaurant management in an upscale setting, in a hotel preferably. You have great communication skills and can provide clear directions to staff. You have a passion for customer service and take pride in making the guest experience a memorable one. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
