Description:

　　Manufacturing facility in Tonawanda, NY is in search of a maintenance supervisor to join their growing team. This employee will be working for a national company known through the transportation industry.

　　Daily Responsibilities:

　　Use root cause analysis to diagnose equipment malfunctions

　　Train, develop, and evaluate employees

　　Schedule personnel, materials, and equipment use

　　Ensure work assignments are completed in a timely manner

　　Partake in process improvement initiatives

　　Implement corporate safety policies

　　Skill Recommendations:

　　Previous supervision experience necessary. Experience in management of a multi-trade workforce beneficial but not mandatory.

　　High level of interpersonal skills

　　Able to interpret blueprints and engineering drawings

　　Experience in machine maintenance, assembly, or facilities maintenance

　　Technical or trades certifications will count towards experience

　　Additional Information:

　　Pay: $35 - $42/hr Dependent on experience

　　Benefits available upon hire - Medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, etc.

　　Additional pay increases based on performance and tenure

　　Overtime and double time available
