　　We’re seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to join our Det-Tronics team in MN.

　　KEY RESPONSIBILITIES –

　　Leading Materials Flow team associates in daily activities; coordinating logistical processes, supervising material flow from end-to-end operations, ensuring the quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation

　　Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations

　　Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity

　　Leading Continuous Improvement initiatives to improve business metrics

　　Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and material

　　Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers

　　Identify and analyze inventory discrepancies through root cause investigation

　　Lead a small warehouse team to achieve goals in manufacturing environment

　　Be a part of a growing company with international brand recognition

　　Use continuous improvement to drive business results

　　REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –

　　High School Diploma or GED

　　3+ years of supervisory experience in a Production or Warehouse environment.

　　PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS –

　　Bachelor’s Degree

　　Clear written and verbal skills

　　Specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices
