　　About the Position:

　　Onnit is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Director of Operations to oversee and manage our S&OP, sourcing, warehousing, and logistics of the Company. This person will ensure efficient and effective procurement and distribution of our products while maintaining optimal inventory levels and minimizing costs and risks. The ideal candidate is a builder of both high-performing teams as well as rigorous, disciplined processes to support an entrepreneurial, high-growth CPG business.

　　Responsibilities:

　　Develop and execute supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.

　　Manage and oversee all aspects of the supply chain, including S&OP, sourcing, procurement, logistics, and distribution.

　　Evaluate and select third-party vendors and suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.

　　Monitor inventory levels, track supply chain metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.

　　Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment of supply chain activities with overall business objectives.

　　Manage and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching and feedback as necessary.

　　Works closely with the finance team to forecast supply chain costs accurately and manages the adherence to the supply chain monthly/quarterly budgets and initiatives.

　　Support network analyses and vendor RFPs.

　　Develop and execute routine reporting of sales and operations KPIs for internal business partners.

　　Ensure retail customers receive the appropriate planning, order management, and account allocation support.

　　Analyze fulfillment performance and chargeback data and develop plans to improve performance.

　　Forecast warehouse space needs and work with 3PL to optimize existing and future footprint.

　　Oversee cost control and performance of all vendors and hold regular quarterly business reviews with core vendors.

　　Ensure partner facilities comply with NSF, cGMP, OSHA, and other applicable standards.

　　A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA is a plus.

　　8+ years of increasing responsibility in S&OP or integrated business planning, warehousing, logistics, sourcing, and procurement.

　　Past success leading a high-performing team in a food, beverage, and/or CPG business.

　　Proven experience managing external suppliers and 3PLs.

　　Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple work streams.

　　Working knowledge of NetSuite or similar ERPs and Kinaxis supply management software.

　　Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement and process development.

　　Excellent negotiation skills.
