　　Through your success in the role, you will support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers

　　Contribute accurate, friendly customer service in a timely fashion

　　Receive and place telephone calls

　　Field and send written business correspondence Requirements - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, e.g. ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly

　　Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers

　　Strong technical skills including proficiency with MS Office

　　Proven knowledge of Microsoft Word

　　Well-founded grasp of Microsoft Excel

　　General familiarity with account management

　　Scheduling experience

　　Strong familiarity with Job Scheduling

　　Experience with Field Technicians

　　Basic Computer Skills experience required

　　Customer service experience

　　Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information

　　2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred

　　Ability to communicate verbally and in writing effectively throughout all levels of the company

　　Excellent problem-solving skills

　　Customer service and office administrative skills

　　Supportive, positive attitude with a professional demeanour applied to all tasks

　　Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
