HonorBuilt is an IT services company specializing in multi‐location restaurants. Services include new restaurants builds, technology rollouts, hot spare programs, on‐demand site visits, and help desk. We service national brands like Chick‐fil‐ A, Burger King, Moe's, and Pizza Hut as well as dozens of smaller local clients.

　　This position is for our Build Team located at our Warehouse in McDonough, GA. We need talented build technicians with an excellent attention to detail who want to learn and advance their careers. The role is to provide hot spare build support to our national restaurant chains and their franchisees. Daily you will have to balance a high volume of hot spare build requests, as well as maintaining an ongoing load of project work. Our goal is to provide exceptional customer service by delivering business critical hardware on the first contact so our customers can get back to do doing what they do best… serve their customers!

　　The position will be full-time, include benefits, and 401K contribution. This position requires a flexible schedule. Four 10 hour shifts per week, occurring 9pm - 7am. During off season, which is typically around Thanksgiving to the end of February, five 8 hour shifts per week, occurring 8am - 5pm.

　　Qualifications:

　　Ability to pass Criminal Background Checks

　　Ability to pass pre-hire drug testing and on-going random drug testing

　　Responsibilities:

　　Follow documentation for deploying images to various types of hardware for our customer base.

　　Diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware issues for various PC makes and models using manufacturers' diagnostic programs.

　　Replacing internal PC parts through manufacturer warranty programs.

　　Testing hardware configurations to ensure compatibility with customer software.

　　Diagnosis and troubleshooting of software issues deployed to hardware.

　　Communication with our customers and other internal departments is critical - keeping them informed of build progress for hot spare requests as well as project work.

　　Physical Requirements:

　　Ability to walk distances up to a half mile

　　Ability to work while standing on concrete surface continuously

　　Ability to work while bending, squatting, and kneeling

　　Ability to work while extending your arms/hands overhead

　　Climbing and work on ladders up to 12 feet

　　Lifting objects up to 100 lbs.
