Description:

　　The technician will receive daily work instructions and work orders that will outline their day. Once the work orders are received, the carpenter techs will be responsible for the following:

　　Prepare trailers and units for delivery

　　loading and unloading furniture onto the units

　　utilizing hand and power tools to make repairs and servicing the units

　　Basic grounds maintenance

　　Have a high attention to detail and document their work throughout the full day

　　Diagnose and troubleshoot issues

　　Reporting issues

　　Having a safety mindset throughout the day

　　$18-19/hour
