　　Grade:Reports To:  Warehouse SupervisorFLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

　　DescriptionThe Warehouse 1 (Production Pack Bench/Loader 1) position assists in accurately handling inventory according to Standard Operating Procedures. At the Warehouse 1 level, team members are proficient and able to work according to SOP, ensuring that all material is verified, packed and shipped correctly.

　　The Warehouse team wears required PPE: safety glasses, steel toe shoes, gloves, ear plugs and hard hats as needed. The team works safely to ensure that employees do not incur bodily harm. The team uses care and respect to ensure that equipment and/or property is not damaged. The team works together to keep the warehouse area clean.

　　Warehouse 1Perform all duties as described in Standard Operating Procedures and Detailed Job InstructionsChecks cradles to ensure accuracy of staged material.Processes material. Take necessary steps to ensure product is shipped per schedule.Perform warehouse duties as assigned.Maintains organization of area per 5S criteriaCount units and check product identity per labels IDEnsure that all inventory is packaged and labeled properly and per SOP

　　RequirementsHigh school diploma or equivalentAbility to read and interpret Standard Operating Procedure and other pertinent documentsBasic math skillsAble to work at a fast pace to ensure production goals are metAble to read a tape measure accuratelyGood communication skillsAbility to obtain a power industrial equipment permitStrong attention to detailStrong communication skillsExcellent demonstrated attendance and dependabilityAbility to work flexible hours to meet customer demandsAbility to walk for minimum of 8 hoursAbility to frequently move product up to 75 poundsAbility to frequently bend, lift, push, pull, and twist while carrying productPrevious warehouse, shipping, distribution or receiving experience
