The Field Service Technician II isresponsible to install equipment at customer site, assist with salesopportunities, and repair equipment in our Voith facility.Responsibilities: Provide a safe work environment in the field, toheighten safety awareness amongst all Field Service Technicians Performwork, supervised and unsupervised, in the field at customer\'s mill siteCollaboration with customer personnel planning onsite work Set up andcoordinating sales calls to new and existing customers Collaborate withthe Voith Sales Team on all opportunities for business Provide solutionsto customers Participate in installation related discussions, in houseor at customer site Main responsibility is the installation of fibersystems equipment and parts Organize tools and parts needed for fieldservice activities Follow up visits to complete any punch list items andcomplete the job for final acceptance by the customer Continually lookfor improvements in materials, methods, and tooling required to completefield service and repair activities If applicable, complete timely andaccurate service reports, time records, and expense forms Conduct orparticipate in meetings with managers, co-workers, and / or customersAble to travel on a frequent basis within North America, occasionalinternational travel will be required Perform other duties as assignedsuch as in-house technical assistance for customers Requirements: Highschool degree in and/or related experience Associates Degree preferred5+ years\' experience with disc filter maintenance 2+ years\' experiencein industrial sales - preferably paper related Experienced ininstallation work in the paper...
