About Vocational Specialist - ACT Team

　　WESTERN MENTAL HEALTH CENTER, INC. VOCATIONAL SPECIALIST Western Mental Health Center is seeking a Vocational Specialist. Working as part of an interdisciplinary team with our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, individual will provide vocational strategies to provide aid to recipients to obtain and maintain competitive employment. You will also provide ongoing evaluation, problem solving, skill training, and assist recipients with activities of daily living in a community-based setting. Tasks include: treatment goal setting, assessing and tracking clients' stages of change readiness and treatment; applying the appropriate treatment based on stages of change, work with clients in earlier stages of change readiness relapse prevention to work with clients in later stages of change; and facilitating access to community supports. Travel within the region agency vehicle provided.
