The Shipping Supervisor is a key link between various departments, including production, quality, shipping company, our customers, and shipping team.

　　Supervises daily work and safety of employees

　　Train and motivate all parts of the shipping team

　　Engaged in loading and unloading trailers as well as production line process

　　Monitors dept paperwork and forklift check sheets

　　Manage and count inventory

　　Manage inventory levels at company and customer

　　Share inventory amounts with company personnel

　　Create shipping plan and monitor all shipping going out.

　　Problem solving issues that relate with inventory and shipping.
