　　Job Summary and Qualifications

　　Serves as a member of the Senior Leadership/Executive Team and is responsible for the Quality Management, Infection Prevention, and Patient Safety/Risk departments.

　　Under the supervision of the CMO, assists with the development, implementation and review of organizational performance improvement plans and departmental goals.

　　Provides organization-wide leadership for performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance while achieving and maintaining hospital accreditation and licensing.

　　Provides the organization with project management, teaching, coaching, and facilitating related to performance improvement, patient safety, and regulatory compliance and survey readiness based on the hospital mission, vision and facility.

　　What qualifications you will need:

　　Education/Skills

　　Bachelor’s degree in healthcare related field, required. Advanced degree preferred.Experience

　　5 years clinical experience required; 3-4 years quality/performance. Experience in healthcare quality or process improvement preferred. Experience with Risk ManagementLicenses, Registrations and/or Certifications

　　Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state(s) of practice according to Law and regulation.

　　Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) or Certified Professional In-Patient Safety (CPPS) preferred.
