Radiance Technologies, a 100% employee-owned company, is hiring a Senior Program Manager (PM) to manage our subcontract with Sierra Space in support of the SDA Tranche 2 Tracking Layer program.

　　The PM shall be responsible for providing day-to-day and overall management of the subcontract, including monitoring and supervising both Radiance employees and performance, planning, quality control, direction, coordination, and reviews necessary to ensure effective subcontract performance. The PM shall serve as the primary point of contact to Sierra Space. The PM shall implement appropriate quality assurance procedures to ensure that all subcontract requirements are delivered in accordance with the applicable technical parameters and within budgetary and schedule constraints. The PM shall coordinate and interface with Sierra Space PM and cognizant Subcontracts Administrator regarding all technical matters. This position shall be fully dedicated (full-time) to the planning needs of the subcontract and corresponding technical directives.

　　Bachelor's or higher degree in a relevant or technical field.MS Office Suite including Project.Active Secret clearance.Required Experience

　　Minimum 10 years of experience as a program and/or task manager for relevant technology programs.Experience in planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating staff development and operations.Experience managing and executing multi-million dollar operating and program budgets.Experience managing a distributed development team utilizing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.Performing program management functions such as resource allocation, schedule development, technical performance planning, and interface control.Developing and verifying technical performance measures for space systems.Developing configuration, data, and risk management plans for space systems.Strong oral and written communications skills, with experience delivering formal presentations to customers.Experience communicating with senior level contractor and Government personnel.Desired Experience

　　Experience managing space programs with an emphasis on Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR) satellites and sensors.Experience with the Space Development Agency (SDA) or similar Government space organizations.Experience with systems engineering and quality/certification processes for space systems.
