Objective of Position :
The Vendor Relationship Support Specialist is responsible for servicing and maintaining vendor relationships developed by company sales personnel within defined core target markets. The position involves day-to-day servicing of individual lessee (“end user”) accounts until such end user’s financing is booked. The secondary responsibility of this position is to assist the sales team with their ongoing vendor relationships.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and delivers proper documentation to the appropriate department(s) to create new document packages.
Supports follow-up on missing information and/or documentation to ensure completeness of accounts.
Reviews incoming executed documents and provides feedback on requirements prior to issuing a Purchase Order to the vendor. Coordinates issuance of a PO to the vendor.
Obtains end user payment authorizations and facilitates the vendor funding process.
Assists sales team in maintaining ongoing business relationships.
Provides customer service related to billing inquiries; works with billing/collections staff; facilitates payoff requests.
Performs administrative functions such as answering phones, sending mail and or UPS packages, data entry, account maintenance, etc.
Supports data maintenance of the Aspire system as directed.
May attend and participate in trade shows and external company events.
All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associate Degree required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
3+ years of experience in lease administration and or lease sales.
3+ years of experience with contract negotiation and development required.
Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop, communicate and implement plans that support the overall goals of the Bank.

Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
Be self-motivated and an effective time and project manager with a strong attention to detail.
Have strong change organizational and planning capabilities and the ability to manage multiple workflows.
Ability to identify, understand and define problems, evaluate alternatives, set priorities, manage projects, and implement high quality solutions.
Demonstrate strong organizational skills with the ability to directly manage and communicate multiple projects and priorities depending on organizational needs and strategies.
Possess strong communication skills both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
