This position requires experience implementing and supporting an ERP system (preferably SAP). This position also requires previous people management experience.

　　Salad and Go is seeking an IT Manager, Food Production Solutions to lead a team of IT professionals managing supply chain initiatives.

　　As the IT Manager, Food Production Solutions, you will:

　　Work directly with manufacturing leaders (general managers, supervisors, etc.) to translate required business outcome to the appropriate technical solution

　　Identify, size (effort, schedule, cost), and implement system changes

　　Manage budgets, produce reports, and estimate implementation efforts

　　Drive project execution by establishing accountability, tracking progress on key metrics and balancing competing projects.

　　Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture.

　　Requirements

　　Minimum Requirements:

　　5+ years managing technical resources including software developers, analysts, and configuration administrators.

　　5+ years with experience supporting or implementing systems to automate a manufacturing environment shop floor.

　　Experience with WMS and ERP that is focused on supporting the manufacturing processes
