Vault Associate / Mailroom Clerk

　　Job Information:

　　Located in Eatontown, NJ

　　Permanent position, contract to perm (possible direct hire)

　　Paying $23 - $24 per hour

　　2nd shift, Monday - Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (trains on dayshift for few weeks)

　　Vault Associate / Mailroom Clerk Responsibilities:

　　Works in a highly secure bank vault setting

　　Receive and stock Inbound orders while noting the quantity and any discrepancies in quantities as well as recording any damages.

　　Process required documents with accuracy within safety and performance requirements.

　　Process Inbound orders using RF technology and following standard operating procedures.

　　Process Outbound orders for delivery, using dual control to transport secure materials for delivery.

　　Verify inventory accuracy to make sure it's the right part and the right quantity.

　　Unload or load trailers, verify bills of lading, and check for transit damage.

　　Monitor and report equipment damages and operational issues to Team Leader.

　　Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and safety of all areas.

　　Train other associates and new hires when necessary.

　　Observe all vault safety rules, adheres to quality standards, and follow standard operating procedures for assigned tasks.

　　Verification of information printed on a receiving and picking label field on equipment and its relevance to the assigned task.

　　Develop a good working knowledge of each department's processes and procedures, including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.

　　Process HazMat materials and other parts while following regulatory requirements.

　　Provides secure movement of materials from unloading trucks (sealed load), moving material into the warehouse and checking product into inventory upon entering warehouse.

　　Receives and processes all incoming mail, material and items. RF scans all material, immediately brings any discrepancies to the attention of management of Lead (communication).

　　Once material is secured in warehouse, assists with stocking, replenishing the Production Department with material picking & packing customer orders and preparing secure mailings with 100% accountability for work (documentation).

　　Processes Outbound orders for delivery, using dual control (two people).

　　Vault Operator / Mailroom Clerk Requirements:

　　High school diploma or equivalent is required. Post high school education or vocational / technical training is highly desired.

　　Must be able to work in a Federally regulated work environment (banking).

　　At leas two (2) years experience working in a highly secure atmosphere preferably in a warehousing position.

　　Must have prior sit-down Forklift Operator experience.

　　Must possess attention to detail, able to accurately preform quality inspection of product.
