Description:

　　Our client is actively looking for a Mid Level Transportation Engineer to join our Chipley office. This role will support their FDOT District Three General Engineering Consultant (GEC) contract by providing project management services as an extension of Department staff on a variety of transportation design projects – roadway, structures, signalization, signing & pavement markings, drainage, ITS, etc. The best candidate will be familiar with a variety of surface transportation engineering type projects and a strong existing professional network with FDOT and local governments. This is not a remote work opportunity and will require in office work with some flexibility.

　　Additional Skills & Qualifications:

　　Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Transportation related engineering; required

　　5+ years of experience in Transportation engineering design projects; required

　　Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in Florida; required

　　Design experience on FDOT administered projects; Preferred

　　All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) back ground check in compliance with NIST 800-171
