　　Boeing Defense, Space and Security has an exciting opportunity for a Value Stream Integrator to join our Huntsville, Alabama team.

　　Position Responsibilities:

　　Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.

　　Provides feedback on assessment results.

　　Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.

　　Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.

　　Works under general direction.

　　Leads improvement projects as directed by management.

　　This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

　　Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

　　3+ years’ experience collecting, interpreting data and managing high level projects for Executives or Senior Leadership

　　3+ years’ experience working in a high pace, dynamic environment leading people and projects toward a defined objective

　　3+ years’ experience using professional organizational and communication skills (oral and written)

　　Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

　　1+ years’ Experience with Program Management Best Practices (PMBP) including application of Earned Value Management and Risk and Opportunity Management

　　3+ years’ Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Applications

　　Bachelor’s Degree

　　This position is for 1st shift.

　　Typical Education / Experience:

　　Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).

　　Security Clearance and Export Control Requirements:

　　This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. secret clearance Post Start is required.

　　Relocation:

　　This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation. Candidates must live in the immediate area or relocate at their own expense.

　　Summary pay range:

　　Level 3: $ 79,050 - $ 106,950

　　Level 4: $ 93,500 - $ 126,500
