　　Smile and greet clients!

　　Maintain good client relations

　　Refer clients for new services when appropriate

　　Opening accounts

　　Teller transactions

　　Process checking/savings deposits and withdrawals

　　Process bank checks

　　Process loan payments

　　Complete stop payments

　　Complete change of address

　　Cash bonds

　　Assist clients with safety deposit boxes

　　Process night deposits

　　Answer phone using proper phone etiquette

　　Qualifications:

　　Superior client service and communication skills

　　Attention to detail skills

　　Multi-tasking skills

　　Ability to maintain confidentiality

　　Ability to handle high-pressure situations

　　Ability to successfully complete background and credit check

　　Problem-solving skills

　　Relationship building skills

　　Flexibility to work at several branch locations is a plus!
