Duties of Toddler & Twos teachers include: * Planning and implementing activities that develop self-esteem and social skills * Presenting developmentally appropriate educational expectations * Meeting the individual needs of the children * Interacting with the children to support play, exploration, and learning * Communicating appropriately and professionally with parents and fellow staff * Participation in staff and training meetings Teacher Qualifications: * Minimum of MSDE-OCC Teacher requirements (90-hour training) * Bachelors Degree in Education is preferred * Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices * Strong written and communication skills * Prior classroom experience in early childhood education is preferred Starting Salary based on experience, education and certifications.
