JOB REQUIREMENTS: This employee performs routine delivery of oxygen andequipment in a professional, safe, and timely manner. This includesaccurate recordkeeping, excellent customer service, and adherence toDOT/FDA/OSHA/company safety standards. Job Responsibilities: * Makeoxygen deliveries (liquid oxygen, cylinder, and concentrator) andequipment checks on a daily route as determined by customer base androuting system * Deliveries may include refilling reservoirs withliquid oxygen from a truck mounted tank * Perform minor equipmentrepairs and preventative maintenance on equipment both in the facilityand at the center * For equipment repairs requiring other than minorrepair work, equipment is to be packaged for shipment to themanufacturer or their designee * Responsible for equipment maintenanceper schedule recommended by the manufacturer * Maintain company vehiclein clean and orderly manner * Make daily inspections and completeproper paperwork * Maintain established preventative maintenanceschedule * Clean rental equipment when returned to the center inaccordance with policies and procedures * Maintain cleanliness andorganization of warehouse/storage area * Follow FDA guidelinespertaining to cylinder tracking and oxygen analyzer testing * Followpolicies as indicated in the operations manual and training manuals,including those found in the Safety & Regulatory manual regardingGeneral Safety, OSHA (includes the proper use of Personal ProtectiveEquipment), DOT (includes adherence to the Vehicle Safety DisciplinaryPolicy), FDA, and Emergency Planning * Work as on-call servicerepresentative evenings and weekends on an as scheduled basis *Frequency is determined by the center size and the number of employeesavailable to share in the responsibility * Must respond in a timelymanner and record information on Service Call Report * May serve as abackup to other employees Lincare is an equal opportunity employer,access and affirmative action employer.
