Our WIN Waste Innovations facility is currently looking for a dynamic Tipping Floor Operator who can perform duties relevant to all phases of Tipping Floor, Monofill and Ash Management Building operations (where applicable). They will monitor and direct refuse trucks to proper bays on Tipping Floor. Assist Crane Operator in implementation of good pit management. Ensure tipping floor is clear of obstacles and that traffic flows smoothly. Load metal trucks (where applicable). Safely and effectively operate heavy equipment in the course of daily operations. Must have the ability to correct safety and environmental hazards and reports them to supervision immediately. Safety is a must! Education/Experience * Six months experience operating mobile equipment * Mechanical abilities sufficient to perform equipment maintenance, minor repairs and general preventative maintenance Work Environment: Listed below are key points regarding environmental demands and work environment of the job.
