We are currently seeking a dedicated Telephone Operator to play a crucial role in our daily operations. As the primary point of contact, you will be responsible for efficiently transferring calls, taking detailed messages, and providing exceptional customer service. This role also involves serving as a liaison between various departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. 　　Requirements - Excellent communication and organizational skills

　　Proven knowledge of Multi-line Phone Systems

　　Expertise in Telephone support

　　Conducting Phone Screens experience preferred

　　Telephone Answering System experience desired

　　Inbound Telephone Calls experience highly desired

　　Proficiency in Answering Multi-Line Phone System

　　At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

　　Capable computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systemsSkills in internet research
