  Job Description:

  Responsible for the execution of enterprise-wide oversight and governance activities performed by third-party risk management teams. Facilitates the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments. Monitors and reports on the compliance with enterprise-wide policy and procedures for assessing, onboarding, managing, monitoring, and terminating third-party transactions. Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.

  Responsibilities

  Executes governance activities associated with the third-party risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks. Validates issues identified on third-party transactions.

  Executes risk oversight activities associated with the onboarding, management, and termination of third-party transactions. Facilitates the review and approval of third-party transaction requests and initial risk assessments. Escalates issues for review and remediation.

  Collaborates and builds relationships with different business partners and provides guidance regarding program requirements on the onboarding and management of third-party transactions.

  Assists with the compilation and reconciliation of third-party reporting data for reports.

  Minimum Qualifications

  At a minimum, here’s what we need from you:

  Bachelor's Degree in IT, Risk Management, Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field

  2+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

  In lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

  Preferred Qualifications

  If we had our say, we’d also look for:

  4+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

  In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in Risk Management, Financial Services, Process Improvement, or related field

  Project ManagementProfessional

  CRISC, CISA, CISM, CISSP, or similar certification

  Compensation:

  The base pay for this position generally ranges between $75,500.00 to $127,900.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
