The purpose of the Technology Specialist is to oversee warehouse organization and inventory management of technology assets, ensuring accurate tracking and readiness for delivery and deployment across multiple projects. Additionally, it involves developing and maintaining documentation for inventory and staging processes.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee the organization and maintenance of the warehouse, including receiving, staging, and delivery of technology assets.

Manage inventory, ensuring all assets are tracked, categorized, and maintained accurately.

Provide logistical support for asset delivery and ensure readiness for various projects.

Manage multiple tasks across several active projects, ensuring timelines and organizational goals are met.

Coordinate the preparation and staging of technology devices, ensuring they are configured and ready for deployment.

Develop and maintain detailed documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for inventory management, staging processes, and asset handling

Critical Skills Experience Requirements

High School Diploma in General Studies (Required)

2+ years of experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or a similar field (Required)

2+ years of experience working in an IT or technical environment (Preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Proficient knowledge of basic computer skills and Microsoft Office 365

Ability to communicate technical information, both verbal and written, to team members and management
